Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.We accept Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. UK mainland delivery is free of charge provided the cost of the whole order is above £25.00, if however, we do not have part of the order, the items we do have will be shipped and any other charges incurred by this will be inforced. this means that if the total of the order drops below £25.00 we will have to charge the £4.50 carriage fee.Shipping overseas has a minimum (EC €25.00 - Overseas £25.00) and we may require an additional payment for heavy or bulky orders. If this is the case we will always ask you before making any additional charges.
We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you in 3 business days . International orders are generally received in under 10 days.

Returns Policy You can return anything within 14 days of delivery or order confirmation for any reason and get a full refund. For faulty goods you can have repair, replacement or refund at your request. Carriage will not be refunded for returned goods, and will be subject to a minimum £4.50 charge on all purchases(whether over £25.00 or otherwise). If the return is a result of our mistake we will refund the carriage costs. All return goods are the resposibility of the sender until signed for by the Company.
